Dawns to Dusks

                                              Dawns  to  Dusks There sat a light at dawn, A natural satellite at dusk. Under the latter, I am a mere pawn- Under the former, a quaint husk. The dawn tints the skies With a venerable vermillion, While the dusk fills your eyes With  any shade but cerulean. Have  these hours ever counted? Have they ever lasted enough? Not yet-  though they have mounted Peaks with  high crowns which were beyond  tough. Nights, days,  a sight  among dreams and mares, Noons and eves, both on sides extreme. For midnight, dawn is   an incredible snare, And  the hour by twilight, a  creation redeemed. Indeed rare pleasures to the eyes, Even more so to our minds.
